Built by people who ran sales teams and got tired of watching reps fail the same calls
A small team in Denver building the coaching tool we wished we had when we were managing revenue teams.
Why Brevity exists
Most sales coaching falls into one of two traps: either the manager has no time to review calls systematically, or the feedback arrives days after the deal moved on. Reps get graded, not coached. The ones who improve do it in spite of the process, not because of it.
The data is already there. Every call is recorded. Every rep has visible patterns in their discovery questions, their objection handling, how they transition to close. The problem is not information. It is the time it takes to turn that information into something a rep can actually practice before the next call.
We built Brevity to change that. AI-powered practice before the call so reps arrive prepared. Structured analysis after the call so feedback is specific and immediate. A per-rep coaching plan so managers know where to spend the 30 minutes they actually have.
The people behind the product
Spent years building and running B2B sales coaching programs inside revenue teams at technology companies. Focused specifically on turning call review from a grading exercise into something reps could practice from.
Background in learning design and sales enablement. Spent years building adaptive coaching systems for revenue org onboarding, focused on making structured development fit into the workflows reps actually use rather than around them.
Built voice analysis and NLP pipelines for sales intelligence systems. Deep background in real-time audio processing and conversation analysis infrastructure, applied here to making call scoring fast enough to be useful before the next deal starts.
How we think about what we build
Specific, not general
Coaching that says "be more confident" is noise. We build tools that tell a rep exactly what to change about their discovery questions in the next call. Not a summary. A specific thing to try.
Practice is the product
Analysis without practice is diagnosis without treatment. Every data point Brevity generates points back to a specific thing a rep can rehearse before the next call. Insight is only useful if it feeds into deliberate practice.
Managers get their time back
We measure success by how much less time managers spend listening to calls for data they could have had in a report. The goal is for that time to go back into the conversations only a manager can have.
