1. Introduction
Brevity, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates breivtypitch.com and the Brevity platform (the "Service"). Our core service processes call recordings submitted by sales managers and their teams to generate structured coaching analyses, per-rep coaching plans, and AI role-play sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through that service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We are based at 1401 Lawrence Street, Suite 1600, Denver, CO 80202 and can be reached at [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you submit directly, including:
- Account registration details (name, work email, company name, password) when you create a Brevity account or start a free trial;
- Call recordings and associated metadata (upload date, rep name, deal stage) that you or your team submit for analysis;
- Role-play session content generated during AI practice sessions;
- Company and team information you choose to configure within your account (CRM integration credentials, team structure, coaching focus areas);
- Contact details and messages you send us through forms or direct email.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit breivtypitch.com, we automatically collect limited technical information:
- IP address and approximate location (city or region level);
- Browser type, operating system, device class;
- Pages visited, referring URLs, time on page;
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 5).
2.3 Call Recording and Coaching Data
Call recordings submitted to Brevity are processed to generate transcripts, stage-by-stage scores, and coaching notes. This data is processed solely to provide the analysis and coaching plan for that rep and manager. We do not use call recording content to train AI models without explicit written consent from your organization's account administrator. Recordings are stored in an encrypted environment and are accessible only to account members you have authorized.
2.4 We Do Not Knowingly Collect Children's Data
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Information
Because Brevity is a sales coaching platform, most of the personal data we process relates to the workplace context of sales reps, managers, and their calls. Specifically, we use information to:
- Deliver the core product: analyze call recordings, generate coaching reports, run AI role-play sessions, and build per-rep development plans;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including model improvements where your organization has granted consent;
- Respond to support inquiries and provide requested information;
- Send service updates and (with your consent where required) product communications;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Where applicable state law treats certain advertising arrangements as a "sale" or "share," see your state's section below.
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing) under contractual confidentiality terms that restrict their use of your data;
- Other members of your Brevity team account, as determined by your account administrator's permission settings;
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure usage. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and coaching data for as long as your account remains active. After account closure, personal data is purged within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or by your organization's own data retention settings configured in the dashboard. Call recordings and generated analyses follow the retention schedule your administrator sets. Server access logs are retained 90 days, then aggregated. Inactive marketing-list contacts are purged after 24 months.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for call recordings and coaching data, restricted-access databases, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and the ability to limit certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Colorado Residents (CPA)
Under the Colorado Privacy Act ("CPA"), Colorado residents have the following rights with respect to personal data we control.
9.1 Your CPA Rights

9.2 Universal Opt-Out Mechanism
We honor browser-transmitted universal opt-out signals, including the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), as a request to opt out of sale and targeted advertising. Configuring GPC in your browser is sufficient; no separate request is required.
9.3 How to Exercise
Submit a request by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 45 days; one 45-day extension is available where reasonably necessary, with notice.

If you are a California resident visiting from another state, you may also exercise the rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing.
